Bless her heart....we spent most of the weekend catering to this little sweetie. She had knee surgery on Friday and we picked her up on Saturday. We drove all of the way to Port Washington to get her...and of course, we needed to stop at Costco on the way......The surgeon shaved her whole leg, which lead John to say that she looked like a "cornish hen!" I didn't realize her leg was so.....um......dainty. Anyway, we loved on her and carried her around and then pampered her some more. It's going to be hard to keep her from "over-using" it for 6 weeks.....ugh..... It was such a beautiful day yesterday that we had Minnie sit and relax in the sun, out on the patio. She just basked in the sun and enjoyed the gentle breeze blowing through her fur......
until she got hot......
then, we took her back inside.....to relax......
