Disappearing Parmesan Chicken

I made this recipe tonight in my new kitchen.....it really did disappear!! Try it, you'll like it!!

Parmesan Chicken
8 boneless chicken breasts
Mix and set aside:
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley

1 tsp. minced/crushed garlic
1/2 cup butter, melted
Melt butter with garlic, let simmer for a moment, Add 2 tsp. Dijon mustard. Whisk it and let cool.

Put chicken breasts in (one at a time) in butter mixture then put in bread crumb mixture.

Place on foil lined 9x13 pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes....Enjoy!!
