Here is the recipe for the famous "Cottage Meatloaf".......
Cottage Meatloaf
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. tomato juice
1/2 t. salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions (or 1 t.minced onion)
2 t. yellow mustard
Topping:
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 t. yellow mustard
2 t. brown sugar

In a bowl combine ketchup, tomato juice, salt and pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion and mustard. Add ground beef and mix. Press into a loaf pan and add topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until 165 degrees. IT IS YUMMY!!!
