Why are all of these ladies standing in my kitchen??? For goodness sakes, I don't even know 2 of the ladies......Well, take a close look at the table......there are 36 meals sitting there!! One of the ladies organized a meal swap and invited a few of her friends to join in....
Here's the deal.....you make 6 of the same meals, bring it to the swap and come home with 6 different meals for the freezer. What a concept!! I made the "fresh" meal for that night.....Tacos.... I filled my freezer with ham and bean soup, chicken enchiladas, chicken stroganoff, teriyaki pork chops and one other meal is yet to be delivered. Isn't that a fun idea???
