Weekend....

Well, here's the Rollerskating Queen....Anna!!! She went to a birthday party and had a chance to rollerskate for the first time. She has been on rollerblades, but never skates!! It took a little getting used to, but she was a natural. She probably skated 10 miles or so around the rink! Mom joined her on this rollerskating adventure and proved to be a real trooper, sometimes even skating past Anna as fast as a lightning bolt! I have to admit that I only fell down once (Anna pulled me down) but it was a good one! Luckily, I'm in better shape than I thought- I was dreading the aches and pains the next morning, but they never came!!

There was a lot of this going on this weekend at our house because all electronics were taken away due to lack of academic ambition and bad attitudes...
Let's just say that I will not be winning "Mom of the Year" this year........
