Yes, this is the tradition for the youngsters that are waiting for the parade to start. You pick a spot in the street and draw a circle with chalk....this is your space....
Then, you wait to see if any animal poops in your circle.....there are no prizes or treats...just the thrill of the "poo". Here's how it ended up.....
