Works for me.......
On Wednesdays I post a helpful tidbit that helps our life run a little more smoothly. Today's tip comes straight from our kitchen. It's our fast and easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins. (It's even considered a weight watchers recipe if you don't add the choc. chips) Here's the recipe....
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 package Spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 cup water
mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour dry cake mix into a bowl.
Add pumpkin and chocolate chips.
Add water. Stir.
Pour into mini muffin tins.
Bake for 10-12 minutes---YUM!
