Plain and Simple

I tried a new casserole the other night. It used taquitos, refried beans, salsa and some cheese-yum! We all sat around the table and ate dinner--had to encourage Anna to at least try it, but she ate a little. Luke was helping to clear the table so I asked him.... "Luke, how did you like the new casserole?" He waited a short time and then announced "Mom-- I guess I'm just NOT a Casserole boy." Too funny. He's always liked everything plain and simple, and no sauce. Are we sure he's related to the rest of us???? Have a safe holiday weekend! and happy birthday today to my Dad in Illinois!!
