Weekend Highlights

Our weekend started out with a nice, friendly game of RISK on Saturday morning, which ended in an ugly way and a little girl in tears....as I heard the word "cheaters" a few times...
Bella had a wonderful doggie- Spa day too.... I took her into the groomers for a bath and to have her toenails trimmed, and she came out like this......
Yes, let's look a little closer at those nails......
As a matter of fact, they ARE purple!!! The groomer wanted to see Anna's reaction to Bella's purple nails!!! Fabulous!!!

Believe it or not, some work did get done this weekend....John ordered some crushed granite and we got the area ready for the pool.... The boys worked HARD!

Grandma Sue and Grandpa Phil came to visit because they will get the keys to their new house today!!! WOO HOO! Grandma brought up a beautiful bouquet of peonies to set on my table...aren't they lovely???? I wish you could smell them........
