Vacation!!

The Petersons are off!!!  To Branson, Missouri !!!! We loaded a plane in Chicago on Saturday morning and off we went! Our direct flight brought us to the Branson Airport...I'm not even kidding you when I say that the airport was like a giant Cracker Barrel Restaurant.  You walk off the plane, and directly onto the landing strip and enter a building that is the airport.  Truthfully it is one giant room and the people that are waiting are sitting at picnic tables and wooden rocking chairs.  It was so refreshing to see after seeing the airport in Chicago!!  Here's a sampling of what we saw in the airport...(sorry it's such a dark picture!)

 

 We soon made it to our resort on Table Rock Lake...here are a few pics of the condo where we are staying.....it is wonderful!!

 As school is ending, Anna is bringing home projects that have been on display in the hallways at school.  She made this poster board of Sweden...she didn't want me to take a picture of it because one of the pictures had fallen off in the process of bringing it home, but she obliged anyway.  I thought she did a great job!!

Weekend.....

 Anna had a friend come over and "hang out" on Saturday......


Anna was so thrilled to get to paint her nails and pamper her!!


John and Luke drove up to our cottage and spent the day and a night there.  They did a bit of golfing and a little fishing!  Look what John caught!  A lovely catfish......yes, he tossed it back!
