Homecoming Pep Rally

 On Friday, the last hour of the day was dedicated to cheering on the OWLS football team to get the big WIN!  The Halls were decorated modestly..

The students sat by class in the stands... Here's Luke with some friends!

 One of the games included throwing cheetos at faces that were covered with shaving cream.  Yeah, the cheetos didn't stick that well!  It was fun anyway!

 One of the teachers is retiring at the end of the year, and she was escorted by her husband down the court.  The students gave her a standing ovation!!  Awesome!

Homecoming 2014 - Sophomore year!

 Instead of going with a HUGE group, Luke chose to go with a few cross country friends to the dance last night.  I tried really hard to stay awake until midnight to be able to pick him up! Haha!!

Dinner at The Copper Dock

 On Saturday night we enjoyed a beautiful dinner at one of our favorite restaurants! We had planned to eat on their deck, but it was closed off due to an impending storm.

Luke and Anna both had the wedge salad... lettuce, cheese, eggs, bacon, cucumbers and a choice of dressing!

John had the tenderloin sandwich with lots of onion rings on top!! His side dish was mushroom risotto.

I ordered grilled chicken in a pita pocket with lettuce, tomatoes, and a garlic avocado sauce- baked potato too!

 It was a beautiful night on the lake!

Ready for Fall!

 With temperatures dipping down into the 40's, I decided that it was time to get the Fall decor out! Good bye, Summer!! Welcome FALL- my favorite season!!

I had the best little helper!  We put on some peppy music, dug into the bins and set a few things out!

Bella was NOT as thrilled as we were!!
