Move in day!!

 Yesterday we moved both boys to college...Andrew to Carroll University and Ben to UW-Whitewater.  Early in the morning, we packed the cars...it took 3 cars that were VERY full!

 Anna had a little bit of room....whew!!

Garden Veggies

Garden Goodies from my parents!  The tomatoes are huge!  Keep in mind that the bag of green beans is a gallon ziplock bag.  We had BLT's and we only used 1 tomato!

Fantasy Football Draft

 Last week we held our families fantasy football draft.  The new participants this year are Courtney and Grandma and Grandpa!  Here we were looking over all of the choices--Look how serious they are!!

 

Guess who got the first choice and the BEST quarterback........Me!!!!

Up north!

 Well, we headed north to our cottage for the weekend...it was the last visit of the summer!  As usual, we had FUN!  We played our share of board games....here's Ben's drawing of an Indian Warrior!

Anna and her friend spent lots of time in the pool...temps were in the high 80's!

 We filled our bellies with lots of junk food, of course. Here's Ben with his taco omelet and 2 buttermilk pancakes.  YES, he ate it all!! Oink oink!

 The girls searched for golf balls in the woods...and found a few!!

 Here's a recipe that I made this week.  It is Cobb Salad....except I forgot the bacon...ooops!  But guess what these people did???

Anna made a wonderful almond pound cake this week...it was a masterpiece!

 Anna was at camp all week and I was so happy to see her on Friday!!!
