The Adventure....

 John, Anna, Anna's friend and I went on a hike last Sunday.....it was quite the adventure!  Walking into the woods, it was a little spooky.....just look at these trees......creepy....

John thought this one could be a possible tree house.....I wonder how old that big ol' tree is??

but never fear....we had our attack dog with us....Isn't she ferocious????

yeah, she pretty much got distracted, trying to find a squirrel...

and then we came to a spooky old house.......

Friends

These girls have been friends since preschool, and in spite of the fact that her friend is at least a head taller than she is, they are great friends.....and did I mention goofy friends?!

Fall Weekend

 Well, Fall is certainly here and the trees are really changing....I love Wisconsin!!

The rain that we had this weekend didn't even bring down the colorful leaves!!

A certain furry someone had 2 baths this weekend.....she was a naughty girl and rolled in something stinky.....  Here's the fluffy critter before the bath....  Do you like her personal shower??

It feels like Fall!!

 The weekend weather was beautiful here and I decided to put out some Fall decor....

 and serve some Fall goodies.....

and we saw this Sand Hill Crane in the field behind our house....Beautiful!!

Bored

 Since the "no computer gaming on the weekdays" rule has come into effect, they've had to get creative in finding ways to spend their free time.  This is the latest craze.....Handstand Contests!!

Here's Bella after a morning of working hard at the nursing home.  It's hard work getting lots of attention and love!! In fact, you need to rest all afternoon!

1st Packer Game

 It was the Green Bay Packer's first official football game on Sunday, and the boys were all decked out in their "Packer wear."  Yes, they even wore these to church....and they weren't the only ones that were sporting Packer gear.

I love that these guys are buddies and truly enjoy each other!  Look, they have plenty of seats in the family room, but they CHOOSE to sit together....

 and another little Packer fan was outside on our patio enjoying the flowers!!!
