Happy New Year!!!

Bella and the family wish you a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Now here's the recipe for the Apple Craisin French Toast....

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup Craisins
1 loaf of French bread
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbs. vanilla

In a 9x13, combine brown sugar, butter, 1 tsp. of cinnamon. Put apples and craisins on top. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. cinnamon. Arrange bread on top of apples. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla until well blended. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover, and bake 15 minutes more. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. When serving, flip over onto plate so that apples are on top.
